I can’t stand when doctors refer to themselves as “Doctor So-and-So”, like in the third person or when answer a “Who is it?” question.  C’mon, dude. Really? I don’t respond “HI It’s MISS So-And-So” or “Hi It’s Teacher So-And-So”.  So, unless you’re leaving me a message saying that it’s Doctor So-And-So calling, spare me.
