Click here to view a great (printable) reflection worksheet for those kids who just need a minute to chill out and reflect on their misbehavior.  I think these things are great for documenting behaviors for both the parent and the teacher. I like the signature option, it keeps students responsible for their “promises” and eliminates the “Well, I didn’t know”.
